CLAUSE 01
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application and selecting the required acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Simply visiting or browsing our website does not constitute acceptance of these terms.
CLAUSE 02
2. Eligibility and Applications
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
All applications are reviewed privately. We may accept, decline, request clarification, or discontinue an application or participation at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
CLAUSE 03
3. Private Client Services and Payments
The initial client pre-assessment and founder review are free.
Payment is requested only if an applicant receives and accepts a private invitation to a paid service.
The Private Client File™️ and Dedicated Search™️ are separate, optional services. Their fees, deliverables, cancellation conditions, refunds, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable client agreement.

- Applying to Twofold Private is free.
- Applications are reviewed by our founders before any paid invitation.
- No payment is requested during the initial application process.
- Every introduction requires mutual agreement.
- Your personal information is not displayed in a public catalogue.
- No introduction, relationship, or marriage is guaranteed.
CLAUSE 04
4. Private Membership
Private membership applications are free.
Members are not publicly displayed or available for browsing. Every proposed introduction is subject to individual consideration and mutual consent.
Membership does not guarantee an introduction or relationship.
CLAUSE 05
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants must respect the confidentiality of others. Without permission, participants may not share personal details, photographs, screenshots, private communications, or identifying information about anyone introduced through Twofold Private.
Publicly posting about another participant or an introduction without their permission is prohibited.
CLAUSE 06
6. Conduct and Safety
Participants must act respectfully and lawfully.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, deliberately false information, and misuse of another person’s personal information are prohibited.
We may suspend or end participation when these standards are violated, subject to applicable law and any client agreement.
Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care when communicating or meeting, including arranging initial meetings in public places and making their own safety decisions.
CLAUSE 07
7. Verification and Personal Responsibility
Twofold Private may review information provided by applicants and conduct verification where disclosed and permitted by law.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, applicants should not assume that identity, employment, financial circumstances, relationship status, background, or other personal claims have been independently verified.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
CLAUSE 08
8. No Guarantees
Twofold Private does not guarantee acceptance, introductions, mutual interest, compatibility, a relationship, engagement, or marriage.
We may decline a proposed introduction based on our review and professional judgment, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
CLAUSE 09
9. Personal Information and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, retained, transferred internationally, and deleted, including applicable privacy rights.
Optional marketing emails require separate consent where applicable. Applicants may withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
Service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
CLAUSE 10
10. Intellectual Property
The Twofold Private™️ name, branding, website content, materials, and original resources belong to Twofold Private or their respective rights holders.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.
CLAUSE 11
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twofold Private is not responsible for the independent actions, representations, or conduct of participants, or for the outcome of personal relationships.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Updates and Contact
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
