BINDING PRIVACY CHARTER

Policy Details

Effective Date: October 2026. This document governs all interactions, private client mandates, and institutional engagements conducted through Twofold Private.

Twofold

CLAUSE 01 / SCOPE & MANDATE

1. Scope and Regulatory Jurisdiction

This Privacy Charter articulates the strict fiduciary data protection protocols maintained by Twofold Private ('the Firm'). Our advisory operations extend to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, single-family offices, and bespoke capital advisory engagements. Every engagement is bound by contractual non-disclosure covenants and statutory protections compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant global privacy frameworks.

CLAUSE 02 / COLLECTION PARADIGMS

2. Information We Directly Incur

The Firm operates under strict evidentiary parsimony. We collect only identifying dossiers, corporate filings, and accredited investor documentation strictly necessary to establish lawful advisory channels. We never utilize external data scrapers, marketing surveillance trackers, behavioral cookies, or secondary profiling vectors across any public or gated portal.

CLAUSE 03 / CONFIDENTIALITY STANDARD

3. Principles of Discretion & Confidentiality

Discretion is our structural premise. Client identities, transaction volumes, co-investment details, and family governance documents are classified under Tier-1 Sovereign Confidentiality. Access within Twofold Private is partitioned according to strict need-to-know protocols, managed under biometric and multi-signature authorization keys.

CRITICAL DISCLOSURE / HIGHEST ASSURANCE

4. Data Protection & Cryptographic Safeguards

All digital records, financial modeling instruments, and transactional transmissions reside inside isolated cloud enclaves physically located in Swiss and Luxembourg server jurisdictions. Data at rest is encrypted utilizing AES-256-GCM algorithms; data in transit utilizes TLS 1.3 with rigorous Perfect Forward Secrecy. Periodic independent penetration audits are performed by certified third-party cybersecurity practices.

  • Zero shared tenancy: Client repositories operate on mathematically dedicated hardware silos.
  • End-to-end encrypted messaging channels with automated ephemerality options.
  • Strict cold-storage archiving for completed transaction files after regulatory holding windows.

CLAUSE 05 / NON-DISCLOSURE COVENANT

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Non-Sale Pledge

Twofold Private categorically does not monetize, broker, lease, or distribute confidential client data to commercial aggregators or institutional brokers. Information transfers occur exclusively when explicitly sanctioned in writing by client counsel, or when compelled under non-appealable judicial orders issued by competent courts.

CLAUSE 06 / CLIENT PREROGATIVES

6. Retention Schedules & Permanent Deletion

Records are retained only for the exact statutory duration mandated by applicable banking, anti-money laundering (AML), and fiduciary compliance codes. Upon termination of advisory agreements and fulfillment of statutory holding duties, clients may exercise their irrevocable Right to Erasure, prompting certified cryptographic shredding of all related analytical collateral.

CLAUSE 07 / REVISION & DIRECT GOVERNANCE

7. Jurisdiction, Amendments & Direct Inquiries

Any policy revisions are communicated directly via secure dispatch to verified client principals prior to enactment. For formal inquiries regarding data governance or to exercise statutory privileges, correspondence should be addressed exclusively to our Compliance Directorate at [email protected].
